Self-serve subscription site
Goal: increasing the subscription by introducing self-serve
subscription customer service site. The site is redesigned (prototyped) by me along with the help of the backend website vender (MG2). This site contains electronic replicas (e-Editions) of the
Bay Area News Group products, Membership Rewards (loyalty
programs) exclusively for subscribers plus serving as a customer
The site is designed for The Mercury News subscribers.
Membership Rewards campaign
Goal: increasing the readership and subscription by introducing Membership Reward benefit program site. This campaign includes digital and print strategies.
For the web, I came up with the idea of the site that includes a variety of contests such as premium concert tickets, special event tickets (i.e. SF Beer Week), travel with hotel stays (i.e. Disneyland Resorts) and other subscription perks (i.e. NFL Autograph Mini Football Giveaways). For the style, I designed a series of clean and modern look icons to showcase all the offers.
For the print, I came up with a series of house ads that have same brand look and color scheme to let people easy to recognize and related to Membership Rewards benefit program for the subscribers.
